sick but STILL working out...

so, i figured since my cold isn't in my chest---yet---i would do No More Trouble Zones today.... So i did!

I can't wait til i can do some of these moves without modifying (like on my knees or for shoulders, one arm at a time).  I'm not feeling as sore after though.  hmmmmmmm.....on a positive note, here is where i started 2 weeks ago and this is where i am now:

So...not MUCH change for 2 weeks... but i see a TINY change.. and that's all that matters.  ;o)
