So, on Sept 6th, I started doing my inhome exercises again.. I mean, I teach Zumba 3 Nights a week (used to teach it 4 nights a week but I quit the YMCA) but I was just getting fatter. :o( So, I bought the 4 DVD set of Jillian Michaels---30 Day Shred, No More Trouble Zones, Yoga Meltdown, and the Fast Metabolism one.
Well, they had to be mailed to me so while waiting for them to be delivered, I was doing Power 90 Sweat 1-2 and Turbo Jam 3T.... for a week. THEN... the dvds came.
So I this is what i'm doing---30 Day Shred one day, and then No More Trouble Zones the other day---alternating these 2 videos.
Is anyone else doing this? Anyhow, I started on Sept. 6th 2010.
When I'm done with the program, i will post the day one pics i took WITH the result pics. :)
Maybe, after the results... i'll finally find someone to LOVEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
